Fort Worth, TX — Sen. Kelly Hancock today announced the December 2024 Mobile Office Hours for Senate District 9. The program is geared toward local residents who need assistance resolving an issue with a state government agency.
“Our office regularly offers mobile office hours in the community to get constituents any help they need cutting through red tape,” said Sen. Hancock. “We encourage you to come by to see us if you have an issue we can assist you with at a state agency.”
Examples of state agency casework include, but are not limited to:
- Medical billing/insurance concerns (Texas Department of Insurance)
- Utility complaints (Public Utility Commission)
- State employee retirement benefits (Employee / Teacher Retirement Systems)
