Fort Worth, TX - Sen. Kelly Hancock today announced the November 2023 Mobile Office Hours for Senate District 9. The program is geared toward local residents who need assistance resolving an issue with a state government agency.

“Our office is excited to help constituents cut through red tape when they need assistance with state agencies,” said Sen. Hancock. “We regularly host Mobile Office hours as a way to serve our community, so please come by if you need a hand.”

Examples of state agency casework include, but are not limited to:

• Medical billing/insurance concerns (Texas Department of Insurance)
• Utility complaints (Public Utility Commission)
• State employee retirement benefits (Employee / Teacher Retirement Systems)
