Springer Announces Town Hall Tour of SD 30

AUSTIN, TX - Today, State Senator Drew Springer (SD-30) announced his 2022 Pre-Session Town Hall Tour today. Senator Springer will begin the Tour with Town Halls in Clay and Archer Counties on August 29th.

"Listening is one of the most important parts of my job. And being face-to-face with those that I have the pleasure to serve and represent in Austin is the best place to get the direction I need," Springer stated. "The next Legislative Session is only four months away. Taking government to the people and taking questions and direction on issues important to the people of SD 30 is something that I look forward to. These meetings will help me develop not only my legislative agenda, but policy positions on a number of policy areas. I always learn a great deal and look forward to hearing from people all across SD 30."

Senator Springer's Monday, August 29 Schedule:

  • Henrietta, TX - Former Wells Fargo Building, 210 N Bridge St, Henrietta, TX 76365; from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Holliday, TX - Archer County Activity Building, 201 N. Walnut St, Holliday, TX 76366; from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The Town Hall Tour will continue throughout the month of September. Collin and Denton Counties on September 6, Palo Pinto and Parker Counties on September 7, Grayson and Cooke Counties on September 8, Wichita County on September 9, Young and Jack Counties on September 12, and wrapping up in Montague County on September 26. Times and locations for these meetings are still being finalized.

Senate District 30 includes Archer, Clay, Collin (part), Cooke, Denton (part), Erath, Grayson, Jack, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Wichita, Wise and Young counties.
