South Texas Food Bank, Senator Zaffirini to Highlight Childhood Hunger

Senator Judith Zaffirini, D-Laredo; South Texas Food Bank Executive Director Alfredo Castillo; and Boys & Girls Club Executive Director Hector Noyola, will highlight the issue of childhood hunger in Laredo. This press conference will call attention to the public and private programs mitigating childhood hunger and announce new capital investments to the South Texas Food Bank's popular Kids Café program. The press conference will last approximately 20 minutes. Photo opportunities will be available before and after the press conference of children participating in Kids Café activities. |
