Senator Kevin Sparks, District 31: Honorariums and Memorials

Flag Requests

Flag requests are only accepted from constituents of Senate District 31. Each Senate office has its policy on flag requests. Those who live outside Senate District 31 can contact their Senator for their flag request process. We will not process flag requests from other Senate offices. If you are unsure who your Senator is, please click here.

Senator Sparks is pleased to offer Texas flags flown over the Capitol for special occasions as requested. We require two weeks' notice to accommodate these requests. There is a cost associated with the flags. Office staff will confirm the tentative timeline on a case-by-case basis. Please note that these flags can be flown every day except during inclement weather.
