Hearing impaired individuals may make use of the live caption feature available in the Google Chrome browser.

To enable live captioning:

1. Open Google Chrome. Click the Customize button (three dots ) to the right of the address bar.
2. Towards the bottom of the Customize menu, select Settings.
3. On the main Settings page, select Accessibility from the menu options on the left (towards the bottom).
4. From the Accessibility page, turn on the Live Caption option. You may customize the captions from this page as well.

Once you launch a video, you can toggle captions on and off from the Media Controls menu, located to the right of the address bar when media is playing.
