Fort Worth, TX — Sen. Kelly Hancock today announced the February 2024 Mobile Office Hours for Senate District 9. The program is geared toward local residents who need assistance resolving an issue with a state government agency.
“Our office regularly hosts mobile office hours as a way to serve our community and help constituents cut through red tape,” said Sen. Hancock. “If you need assistance with a state agency, we encourage you to come by!”
Examples of state agency casework include, but are not limited to:
- Medical billing/insurance concerns (Texas Department of Insurance)
- Utility complaints (Public Utility Commission)
- State employee retirement benefits (Employee / Teacher Retirement Systems)
