Sen. Kelly Hancock Announces District 9 Mobile Office Hours – July 2021
Senate staff available to assist area residents with state agency issues in Grand Prairie, Haltom City

North Richland Hills, TX - Sen. Kelly Hancock today announced the July 2021 Mobile Office Hours for Senate District 9. The program is geared toward local residents who need assistance resolving an issue with a state government agency.

“Our team has extensive experience helping constituents get the answers they need from state agencies," said Sen. Hancock. "Our district office and monthly Mobile Office Hours are meant to serve our community, so please come by if you need a hand."

Examples of state agency casework include, but are not limited to:

  • Child support collection (Office of the Texas Attorney General)
  • Medical billing/insurance concerns (Texas Department of Insurance)
  • Utility complaints (Public Utility Commission)
  • State employee retirement benefits (Employee / Teacher Retirement Systems)
