Resolution/Proclamation Requests

Senator Cook is pleased to provide resolutions (when the legislature is in session) or proclamations (when the legislature is not in session) to honor constituents on important milestones. Proclamations/resolutions should not take sides in matters of political controversy; all language is subject to review. The Senator may suggest modified language. Further, the Senator reserves the right to decline a request. If you are requesting a resolution or proclamation, please fill out the form below and allow three weeks for document production.

Flag Requests

Flag requests are only accepted from constituents of Senate District 15. Each Senate office has its policy on flag requests. Those who live outside Senate District 15 can contact their senator for their flag request process. We will not process flag requests from other Senate offices. If you are unsure who your senator is, please click here.

Senator Cook is pleased to offer Texas flags flown over the Capitol for special occasions per your request. We require one week's notice to accommodate these request. There is a cost associated with the flags. Please note that these flags can be flown every day except during inclement weather.
