Sen. Kelly Hancock Announces District 9 Mobile Office Hours – October 2023
Senate staff available to assist area residents with state agency issues in Haltom City

Fort Worth, TX - Sen. Kelly Hancock today announced the October 2023 Mobile Office Hours for Senate District 9. The program is geared toward local residents who need assistance resolving an issue with a state government agency.

“Our office is eager and available to work with constituents to get the help they need from state agencies,” said Sen. Hancock. “We regularly host Mobile Office hours as a way to serve our community, so please come by if you need a hand.”

Examples of state agency casework include, but are not limited to:

  • Medical billing/insurance concerns (Texas Department of Insurance)
  • Utility complaints (Public Utility Commission)
  • State employee retirement benefits (Employee / Teacher Retirement Systems)
