Sen. Kelly Hancock Announces District 9 Mobile Office Hours – July 2022
Senate staff available to assist area residents with state agency issues in Fort Worth

North Richland Hills, TX — Sen. Kelly Hancock today announced the July 2022 Mobile Office Hours for Senate District 9. The program is geared toward local residents who need assistance resolving an issue with a state government agency.

“Constituents can work with our team to get the help they need from state agencies," said Sen. Hancock. "We host Mobile Office Hours monthly as a way to serve our community, so please come by if you need a hand."

Examples of state agency casework include, but are not limited to:

  • Child support collection (Office of the Texas Attorney General)
  • Medical billing/insurance concerns (Texas Department of Insurance)
  • Utility complaints (Public Utility Commission)
  • State employee retirement benefits (Employee / Teacher Retirement Systems)
