"I applaud Edinburg Mayor Richard Garcia and city commissioners for working together with the state to invest in infrastructure for the city's future growth and provide safe drinking water to the citizens of Edinburg.

Clean water and wastewater services are essential to the development and health of our communities. The impact of this infrastructure improvement will promote economic development and safeguard against public health concerns."
