The second photograph showed Eagle Ford Rd. and the T&P at their intersections with Hampton Rd. It also show- ed several tank farms and lagoons that were in operation as well as the Lone Star Cement Co. plant and quarry. Smoke trailed from the companyâs smokestack and work- er housing was being built near or adjacent to heavy industry.
